Our Story

Every tool should earn its place.

We built Guardian because engineering leaders deserve evidence, not promises.

Why we built this

Every engineering organization we worked with had the same story. They adopted AI coding tools. Copilot, CodeRabbit, Cursor. Six months later, someone at the leadership table asked: "Is it working?" Nobody had the data to answer.

Not because they lacked expertise. Because the instrument to measure it did not exist yet. There were tools that write code, review code, and test code. But nothing that measured whether any of it made the code better.

Releezy Guardian is that instrument. A stethoscope for your engineering organization. Quiet, honest measurement of what is actually happening in your repositories.

What we stand for

Trust built with data

Trust is not a feeling. It is a measurement. Guardian shows engineering leaders exactly where to improve, and they work with that data to get better.

Growth over punishment

Guardian profiles contributors to find strengths and surface areas for coaching. No ranking leaderboards. No "worst developer" lists. Data that empowers.

Independence as a principle

Guardian does not take money from the companies it measures. That independence is what makes the data trustworthy.

Transparency in methodology

Our measurement approach is documented and verifiable. The data is yours. The methodology is open. The calibration benchmarks are what we earn through scale.

Built By

Built by engineers, for engineers

Guardian was born from real engineering engagements where the question "How are our AI tools performing?" had no data-backed answer. We built the instrument to change that.
