Our Story
The story behind the suite
Every engineering organization we worked with as consultants had the same unresolved question. They had adopted AI coding tools. Copilot, CodeRabbit, Cursor. Six months later, someone at the leadership table asked: "Is it working?" Nobody had the data to answer. Not because they lacked expertise — because the instrument to measure it did not exist.
We built Releezy Guardian first because that instrument was the prerequisite for everything else. Before you run AI agents, before you deploy AI reviewers, you need a baseline. What does good look like from your best human reviewers? What does your team's actual velocity look like, measured from Git history and PR outcomes — not from stand-up reports? Guardian answers those questions with deterministic data.
We use Guardian on our own codebase. Every commit, every PR, every agent run. A wine critic who makes wine knows what good wine tastes like. We built Guardian to measure ourselves — our own velocity, our own AI ratio, our own team rhythm — and that discipline is what gave us the confidence to build the rest of the suite.
Releezy Loop, Releezy Reviewer, and Releezy Plan were never going to be standalone products. They are generators on the same wire. Guardian is the conductor: it measures what the generators produce and ensures the current of quality flows without loss. The suite is not four products. It is one system where measurement and delivery share a single honest feedback loop.
We built Releezy to be the safe on-ramp from zero to full AI adoption. Not a leap of faith — a capability curve with evidence at every step. Teams that use the suite go from 0% AI contribution to measured, confident, sustainable adoption because they can see what is working, what is not, and exactly where to improve.
