How it works

Four steps from connection to trust.

Releezy meets your team where it already works: your git repository. Connect it, watch the measurement take shape, and let the data build the trust you need to scale AI, at your pace, with your humans as the baseline.

the path

Connect. Measure. Trust. Scale.

No migration, no new process, no leap of faith. Each step earns the next one.

  1. Connect your git repository.

Releezy Guardian connects to your pull request history in read-only mode. Your code never leaves your repository, and nobody on your team changes how they work. It is the quietest step: nothing for your developers to install, nothing to migrate.

  2. Measure every contributor on one scoreboard.

Guardian finds your strongest human reviewers and turns their track record into your baseline. Every human and every AI agent, whichever tools your team already runs, shows up on the same scoreboard, measured against that baseline.

  3. Trust what the numbers tell you.

The baseline does not bend. Guardian holds every agent, including Releezy's own, to the same standard it holds your humans. When a tool earns its place, you see it. When it does not, you see that too. That is what trust built with data looks like.

  4. Scale AI at the pace your data supports.

With the scoreboard in place, expansion stops being a bet. Releezy Loop puts coding agents to work under your controls, Releezy Reviewer joins your review flow, and Releezy Plan brings the same discipline to discovery. Each one answers to the ruler you already trust.

the promise

What you never have to do.

The path is designed to remove friction, not add it. A few things stay off your plate for good.

Hand over write access.

Releezy Guardian reads your git repository. It never writes to it, and your code never leaves it.

Rip out the tools you already use.

Whatever coding agents and review tools your team runs today, they all land on the same scoreboard. Nothing has to be replaced to be measured.

Take anyone's word for it.

No self-reported metrics, no vendor benchmarks. The numbers come from your own history, and the standard never softens to flatter any agent, including Releezy's own.

Turn measurement into punishment.

The scoreboard exists to show every contributor where to improve, not to rank people for blame. Teams grow on it. Nobody gets policed by it.

before you start

Questions teams ask before the first step.

How long until we see our first numbers?

Your history already holds the answer. Releezy Guardian reads the pull requests your team has already merged, so the first scoreboard reflects months of real work, not a waiting period that starts on day one.

Do we need to change how the team works?

No. Guardian measures the workflow you already have, exactly as it is. Releezy Loop and Releezy Reviewer join later, if and when you want them to, at the pace your own data supports.

Does Releezy Guardian measure Releezy's own agents?

Yes, on the same ruler as your humans. Guardian's standard is fixed: when a Releezy agent underperforms the human baseline, the agent is what changes, never the measurement. You see every number we see.
